CAL FIRE Grants $10 Million for Forest Resilience Projects
About $5 million was designated to Tuolumne County and Yosemite Stanislaus Solutions, a local collaborative working group of industry and environmental interests, which Peterson said will involve the installation of fuel breaks within the Stanislaus National Forest to slow or contain potentials fires within that region.
